摘要
钻井废水是石油与天然气开采与勘探过程中产生的主要污染源,其达标与排放是环境保护中较难解决的课题。针对钻井废水的特点:含油量高,化学需氧量高,悬浮物浓度高,色度高。指出了破乳剂在钻井废水处理中的重要作用,阐述了化学法破乳的机理,对目前主要的破乳剂作了总结概括,并展望了今后破乳剂的发展方向。
Well drilling wastewater is the main source of pollution, which comes from the exploitation of petroleum and natural gas. It is difficult to be treated to meet the environmental protection standard. Aimed at the characteristic of drilling wastewater: high oil content; high CODer ; high suspending liquid and chroma, the importance of demulsifier in drilling wastewater treatment, and formulated the mechanism of chemical demulsification was put forword. The recent demulsifying agents were reviewed and the future development was outlooked.
