摘要
针对往复矩形密封,应用润滑方程、弹性平衡方程和缝隙流理论分析了对密封性能起关键作用的密封圈内表面轴向压力分布、液膜厚度、摩擦力;并用有限元和差分法对其进行了理论计算;最后用实验测试了压力分布和摩擦力.
By using lubrication equation, elastic equilibrium equation and narrow gap flow theory, the pressure distribution, thickness of liquid film and friction force on the inner surface of the reciprocating rectangular sealing ring, which play an important role on sealing performance, are studied. Theoretical calculation is done by finite element method and difference method. The pressure distribution and friction force are also measured in experiments.
