摘要
大青叶为常用清热解毒中药.近年来,随着人们对清热解毒类中药的广泛关注,关于大青叶的来源、栽培、化学成分、药理作用的研究日益深入,取得了一些积极的进展,但大青叶药理作用的物质基础仍然不清楚,并且缺乏真正反映其内在品质和药效的规范化质控标准,这些均影响了大青叶的推广应用.综述国内外近10年来大青叶的来源、栽培、化学成分、药理作用的研究进展,为大青叶的后续研究与应用提供必要的参考.
Folium Isatidi, the well- know heat- clearing and detoxifying drug, attracted great attention in recent years. Many researchers studied on origin, cultivation, chemical components, and pharmacological activities in it and have made some progress. But, it is still unclear about which chemical components to clear heat and detoxify and lack of quality standard which reflect its pharmacological activities. We summarized origin, cultivation, chemical components, and pharmacological activities in Folium Isatidis in recent years, provided references to its research and application.
