摘要
介绍了几种螺杆和机筒表面处理的新方法及其制造工艺,如表面氮化处理、电镀硬铬工艺、高速钢整体淬火、等离子喷镀、堆焊合金、激光熔覆等,并对这些方法的优缺点进行了分析探讨。
Introduced several kinds of new method and manufacture processing of screw and barrel surface treatment, such as surface nitriding, hard chromium galvanizing, high-speed steel whole quenching, plasma metallizing, alloy build-up welding, laser melt covering and so on, and analyzed and discussed the advantage and disadvantage of these methods.
