摘要
本文通过分析双螺杆挤出机螺杆、机筒常见磨损的几种特征形式及产生原因,介绍了奥地利辛辛那提·米拉克朗公司为减轻磨损在挤出机设计及制造方面采取的措施,并着重叙述了使用者为延长辛辛那提·米拉克朗挤出机使用寿命在操作及工艺方面应注意的有关问题。
By analyzing several common types wear characteristic on the screws andbarrels of the twin screw extruders,this paper introduces the measuresCINCINNATI MILACRON,AUSTRIA has taken in designing and manufacturingthe extruders to reduce the wear,The relevant precautions in operation andprocess that the users must pay attention to in order to extend the life timeof the extruders are explained in great detail.
