摘要
[目的]规范口腔诊疗器械消毒,切断交叉感染途径。[方法]对口腔诊疗机构器械消毒情况进行全面监督检查,对检查中发现的问题限期整改。[结果]山东大学二级以上综合医院、专业口腔医院和较大规模诊所合法执业率均为100.0%,小规模诊所合法执业率为96.2%;二级以上综合医院及专业口腔医院器械消毒合格率为82.6%,较大规模诊所合格率为93.7%,小规模诊所合格率为5.9%。[结论]山东大学部分口腔诊疗机构仍存在不少问题,必须加大监督检查力度,保证各项消毒措施落实到位。
[Objective]To standardize the management of dental instruments disinfection and control cross infections in dental practices.[Methods]A survey was carried out to investigate the status of dental instruments disinfection and sterilization in Jinan＇s dental clinics,and some management measures were taken to solve the problems found in the investigation.[Results]The legal licensed rates in second grade general hospitals and above level,specialized stomatological hospitals and large scale clinics were 100.0%,and 96.2% in small scale clinics.The qualified rate of dental instruments disinfection and sterilization in the second grade general hospitals and above level was 82.6%,and 93.7%,5.9% in large scale clinics and small clinics respectively.[Conclusion]At present,there are some problems in Jinan＇s dental clinics,supervision and inspection to dental instruments disinfection should be further strengthened.
