摘要
目的 采用压力蒸汽与化学消毒剂两种方法对人工污染及临床使用后自然污染牙科手机、车针等口腔科器械进行灭菌处理 ,观察比较灭菌效果。方法 将牙科手机、车针等口腔科器械人工浸泡于试验标准菌株或病毒悬液中 ,沥干 ,置 3 7℃恒温干燥 3 0 min,用双层布包装后采用压力蒸汽灭菌或化学消毒剂灭菌处理。结果 压力蒸汽灭菌可完全杀灭口腔器械上污染的各种细菌及病毒 ;化学消毒剂浸泡灭菌法能够杀灭充分暴露于化学消毒剂中的细菌及病毒 ;对具有狭小缝隙结构复杂、消毒剂浸泡难以达到的部位 ,化学消毒剂浸泡处理对各种细菌及病毒杀灭作用有限。
OBJECTIVE Two methods, autoclave sterilization and chemical disinfectant immersion, are used to sterilize the dental instruments such as dental handpiece and its needles which are contaminated artificially or by clinical operation. The germicidal effects of these two methods are compared. METHODS Put dental instruments, e.g. dental handpiece and its needles, into suspension of standard bacteria or virus. After they are dried them and kept at 37℃ for 30 min, these dental instruments packed by two layer cloth are put into autoclave or immerged into chemical disinfectant. Sterile examination is conducted after these treatments and the germicidal effect is compared. RESULTS All bacteria and virus that are contaminated on the dental instruments can be completely killed by autoclave sterilization; bacteria and virus that are completely exposed in the chemical disinfectant can be killed by immerging to chemical disinfectant, but for the places with complicated structure or with narrow and small crevice, disinfectants are difficult to reach these sites. The method of immerging dental instruments into disinfectant is limited and germicidal effect to bacteria and virus is effected. CONCLUSIONS The method of autoclave sterilization is reliable and safe.
