摘要
目的:探讨慢性扁桃体炎患者经Nd:YAG激光治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化特点及临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测正常健康人及慢性扁桃体炎患者激光治疗前后外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_3、CD_4、CD_8)水平。结果:慢性扁桃体炎患者外周血中CD_3^+、CD_4^+及CD_4^+/ CD_8^+均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),CD_8^+细胞则明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。经激光治疗后,CD_3^+、CD_4^+及CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),达到正常对照组水平(P>0.05),CD_8^+水平则较治疗前下降(P<0.01),接近正常对照组水平(P>0.05)。结论:慢性扁桃体炎患者机体细胞免疫功能受到抑制,导致机体免疫力下降。而通过Nd:YAG激光治疗提高了机体的免疫力,而且对机体损伤小,同时减少了复发次数,避免了手术摘除。
Objective： To investigate the changes of the T lymphocyte subpopulation in peripheral blood of the patients with chronic tonsillitis before and after laser treatment. Methods： FCM was used to analyze the expression of CD3,CD4,CDs in peripheral blood of control group and the patients with chronic tonsillitis be- fore and after laser treatment. Results： The level of CD3＋ ,CD4＋ . CD4＋/CDs＋ in the peripheral blood of the chronic tonsillitis patients is significant lower than control group（P〈0.01）, and the level of CD8＋ is obviously higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. After laser cured, the level of the CD3＋ ,CD4＋ . CD4＋/ CDs＋ obviously upgrades than pretherapy （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and it reaches to the normal level（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The level of CD8＋ obviously decreases than prior treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and it approaches to the normal level （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Cellular immune function is inhibited in the patients with chronic tonsillitis to result in decrease of immunity. The laser treatment upgrade the immunity and the trauma to body is slight. At the same time the laser decrease the number of times of relapse and avoid the tonsillectomy.
