摘要
针对光固化成形系统对树脂液位检测的精度要求,提出了一种基于位置传感器(PSD)技术的激光液位检测方法,该方法采用红光半导体激光器为检测光源,利用激光三角测量原理,通过获取激光光斑在PSD表面的位置变化来检测液位的变化。实践表明,基于该方法设计的液位检测系统能够实现液位的在线自动检测,检测精度达到0.01 mm。
Aiming at the precision requirement of liquid level detection in stereolithography apparatus, a method of laser liquid level detection based on position sensitive detector (PSD) was put forward, which adopted red beam semiconductor laser as the detection optical source, and used laser triangular measurement theory to detect the liquid level by obtaining the position of laser beam spot on PSD. According to the application of this method, the liquid level detection system can accomplish online automatic detection, and the precision reaches 0.01 mm.
