摘要
介绍了一种高压作业区自动安全防护装置,它由发送电路、接收电路和控制器等组成。发送电路内的多只半导体激光器LD发出脉冲激光束,接收电路通过相应光敏二极管、施密特与非门器件和两级"慢充快放"电路,获得控制信号送给控制器。应用时可将该装置恰当安装在高压作业区警戒线上,若有人经过警戒线,挡住脉冲激光束,控制器则立即切断升压设备的电源,确保人身安全。本文所述方法新颖实用,具有参考价值。
Introduced one kind of high- pressured operation area automatic security protective equipment, it is composed of putlse Generators and Drive Circuit, the Receiving Circuit and the Controller and so on. Laser diodes in the Sending Circuit send out the pulse laser beam to the Receiving Circuit. By the corre- sponding photodiode, the Sehmidt NAND gate and the double - level "Quick charge, slow electric discharge circuit, it obtains the control signal and gives it to the Controller. It can be installed in the high - pressured operation area' s warning line. If some people pass through the warning line and block the pulse laser beam, the Controller wouldshut off the power immediately to .guarantee the personal safety. This paper is new and practical in this area, has some reference value.
