显示器用上转换红色发光材料的特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用喷射微波燃烧合成法制备了上转换发光显示器中发红光的上转换发光材料Er,Yb:YF_3。该材料在980nm的大功率激光二极管激发下的发光光谱存在660nm、545nm、525nm、409nm几处峰值。对它们的上转换机理作了详细的讨论分析,它们分别是Er^(3+)的~4F_(9/2)→~4I_(15/2),~4S_(3/2)→~4I_(15/2),~2H_(11/2)→~4I_(15/2),~2H_(9/2)→~4I_(15/2)跃迁产生的,且660nm红光和545nm、525nm绿光的激发是双光子吸收过程,409nm紫光的激发是三光子过程。Er,Yb:YF_3,在980nm激光激发下得到强度较强的上转换红光,且强度较弱的绿光和紫光易于用多层膜滤除,在上转换发光显示器中是一种较好的发红光的材料。 The up- conversion red luminescent material for optically written display, Er, Yb: YF3 was fabricated by the spraying microwave combustion method. The red(660nm), green(545 and 525nm) and purple(409nm) emissions have been observed in this material under 980nm diode laser excitation. The up - conversion mechanism of luminescence has been analyzed and discussed. The results show that the red, green and purple emissions correspond to the ^4F9/-2 →4115/-2,4S.3/-2→4I15/-2,2H11/2→'4115/-2,2H9/-2→4I15/-2 transitions of Er^3+ ions,the red and green emissions are two- photon upconversion process, the purple emissions is three- photon process. Er,Yb:YF3 is suitable for the red luminescent material in optically written displays based on up- conversion of near infrared light, for the red peak is much stronger than the green and purple sub - peaks and the green and purple light is easily filtrated by multi - layer dielectric color filters.
