摘要
介绍了在水下进行激光切割时影响切割质量的几种因素。激光切割应用得已经比较普遍,但是用于水下作业的情况还是比较少。水下激光切割时,不同的激光波长和不同的水层深度都会影响到水对激光能量的吸收,从而改变加工效果;水体流动可以加强水的冷却效果和冲刷效果,有助于提高切割质量;由于水对激光的折射作用,会使得焦点位置下移,影响切割质量。
Some factors which influence the cutting quality of the workpiece are introduced when cutting under water. Laser - cutting has been used generally. But it was almost not used for working under water. When it is cut under water, both the different wavelength and the different depth of the water will influence the laser energy absorption of the water, thus it will change the processing effect. The flow of the water can strengthen both the cooling effect and the washing effect. It benefits to improve the cutting quanlity. Because of the refraction of the water, the position of fecal point will lower, thus it will influences the cutting quality.
