摘要
本文提出空域中值迭代滤波方法和频域离散余弦变换滤波力法,利用三步相移技术成功实现相位检测。对两种办法所得结果进行了比较。实验结果表明这两种方法对ESPI条纹图像进行处理是有效的。
In this paper, two lowpass filtering methods, the median - iteration filtering techmque m space domain and the diserete - cosine - transform （ DCT） filtering technique in frequency domain, are proposed. These methods have been used successfully for the measurements of phase distributions by using the 3 - step phase- shifting technique. A comparison between the results obtained, respectively, from these methods is given and the experimental results have shown that these methods are feasible used for image processing of ESPI fringes.
