摘要
本文利用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定了大白鼠脑组织中微量钙，并对经典的Ｃａ－ＰＯ４干扰体系在ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ中的影响进行了实验。结果表明，样品消解后可直接进样，磷不影响钙的测定。方法的ＲＳＤ为１．１６％，样品加标回收率为９７％。优化实验条件，对降低干扰，提高分析结果的准确度是至关重要的。
This paper reports the determination of calcium in brains of rat by ICP AES.The recovery rate is 97%,the RSD is 1 16%,and the results are satisfactory.The interference effects of phosphor on the calcium under various operating conditions in ICP AES were studied.
