低剂量口服避孕药在绝经过渡期控制月经周期及治疗绝经症状的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察低剂量口服避孕药(妈富隆)用于控制月经周期与缓解绝经相关症状的临床疗效与副反应。方法以潮热出汗为主的绝经症状同时伴有月经紊乱的绝经过渡期妇女60例,分为2组,每组30例。一组口服妈富隆,一组口服克龄蒙,连续治疗3个周期。分别在治疗前、治疗1、2、3个月时采用Kupperman评分进行绝经相关症状评分。结果妈富隆组治疗后潮热出汗评分从治疗前(8.27±2.96)分降至治疗后1个月(3.15±1.54)分,治疗后2个月(1.20±1.86)分,治疗后3个月(0.53±1.38)分,总评分也有显著降低。在用药1、2、3个月时,有26、28、30例患者出现规律性月经。副反应有阴道不规则出血、乳房肿胀、胃肠道反应,随着治疗时间的延长逐渐减少。以上各项指标与克龄蒙组比较均无显著差异。结论低剂量口服避孕药(妈富隆)能够显著缓解绝经相关症状,调整月经周期,同时有避孕作用。
