摘要
高等教育大众化阶段,地方性高等学校的发展面临重新定位、转型、归位发展的问题。平民大学是这类学校发展的一个方向。地方性高等学校应该从学科、专业、课程结构等方面进行改革,才能适应时代的要求。
Presently, general local universities are confronted with tasks of resetting, transforming as well as standardizing in developing course of popularization. And one trend for them is universities for common people. To adjust to the requirements of the current time, general local universities ought to reform in subject, specialty, and course setting.
