摘要
目的观察银耳多糖局部应用对创伤愈合的影响。方法①用Pruden法检测银耳多糖对大鼠腹部创口愈合后耐压力的影响;②直观观察银耳多糖对创口愈合周期的影响;③从创口分泌物中观察巨噬细胞出现时间和阳性率;④采用比浊技术测定创口愈合过程中受试动物血清C反应蛋白(CRP)含量的变化。结果①银耳多糖实验组大鼠腹部创口愈合后耐压力(84.56±10.50)mmHg明显高于对照组(72.31±11.23)mmHg(P<0.05);②银耳多糖缩短创面愈合时间,实验组为(7.55±0.38)d,对照组为(8.95±0.42)d,两组有非常显著性差异(P<0.001);③实验组创口分泌物出现巨噬细胞较对照组为早,其阳性率亦高于对照组;④创伤愈合过程中,实验组动物血清CRP于第1天与对照组均升高,第3、6天实验组明显下降,而对照组仍处于较高水平。结论银耳多糖局部应用具有保护创面,预防感染、缩短创伤愈合时间和增加创口愈合强度的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of local using tremella polysaccharides (TPS) on wound healing through animal experiment.Methods (1)Pruden's method was used to examine pressure-tolerances of healed wound inpacted by TPS;(2)the wound healing time of tested animals was inspected;(3)the appearance time and positive ratio of macrophage in smears of secretion from wounds were examined;(4) turbidity technic was used to examine the contents of C-reactive protein in serum of tested animals during the period of wound healing.Results (1)By Pruden's method, the pressure-tolerances of healed wounds were higher than the control, the differences were significant (P〈0.05);(2)the wound healing times of tested animals were shorter than that of the control (7.55±0.38d vs 8.95±0.42d), the differences were very significant(P〈0.001);(3)the appearance time of macrophage in secretion smears of TPS-tested animals was earlier than the control, and the positive ratios of macrophage in tested animals with TPS were higher than the control, the differences were significant(P〈0.05);(4)the contents of CRP in serum of TPS- tested animals obviously reduced 3, 6d after operation, but that of the control still remained at a high level, the differences were significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Tremella polysaccharides have the effects of protecting wound, preventing infection, shortening the wound healing time and strengthening the pressure tolerance of healed wound.
