摘要
利用日立偏振塞曼原子吸收分光光度计更换低灵敏度共振吸收线的方法,研究高含量Fe、Mn测定的最佳工作条件,在一份溶液中测定大洋多金属结核中Fe和Mn。对于wB在1%~36%的Fe和Mn分析的相对标准偏差(n=10)分别为06%~10%和07%~11%。经国家标准样品分析验证,方法可靠,与不同分析方法对比,结果满意。方法用于新研制的多金属结核中Fe、Mn定值分析。
A method for determination of high level of iron and manganese in polymetallic nodules by polarized Zeeman AAS was developed. The resonance lines with low sensitivity for Fe and Mn were chosen and the determination conditions were optimized. The precision of the method were 0.6%~1.0% RSD and 0.7%~1.1% RSD( n =10) for Fe and Mn respectively when w B for Fe and Mn in samples were 1%~36%. The method was verified by determination of Fe and Mn in standard polymetallic nodule reference materials. The results were in good agreement with certified values and the values provided by other technique.
