摘要 研究了使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定海水中痕量Pb:在pH 4~5的介质中,Pb与APDC-DDTC形成螯合物,用MIBK-环己烷经萃取后直接以有机相测定,并讨论确定了测定的最佳升温程序。方法简便、实验过程中样品损失少,准确度和灵敏度令人满意。 In this paper, the determination of trace Lead in sea water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was studied. With a pH value of 4 ~ 5, lead was concentrated by complex-extraction technology and whirlpool mixer. The optimum Ash/Atom process for determination were discussed and determined. The results showed that the method was simple and the lost of sample in the analysis is decreased, the accuracy and sensitivity of the analysis is also satisfying.
