HPLC法测定七维牛磺酸口服溶液中泛酸的含量

摘要 目的:建立 HPLC 法测定七维牛磺酸口服溶液中泛酸的含量。方法:采用 Waters C_(18)反相色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.02mol·L^(-1)磷酸氢二钠溶液(用磷酸调 pH 至3.0±0.05)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长207nm,柱温36℃。结果:方法的线性范围为67.58~844.7μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996),精密度RSD 为0.19%(n=7),重复性 RSD 为1.47%(n=7),稳定性 RSD 为0.56%(n=7),泛酸的平均回收率(n=9)为98.8%,RSD 为1.6%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于七维牛磺酸口服溶液中泛酸的含量测定。 Objective:To establish the method for the determination of pantothenic acid in seven vitamins and taurine oral solution. Methods:The separation was performed on Waters C18 column(200 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) using gradient elution with acetonitrile - 0. 02 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection was set at 207 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 36 ℃. Re- sults:The linear range of the method was 67.58 -844.7 μg · mL^-1 (r =0. 9996) ,the precision RSD was 0. 19% (n = 7 ), the average recovery was 98.8% , RSD was 1.6% (n = 9 ). Conclusion:The method is simple, fast and accurate for analysis of pantothenic acid.
