摘要
目的:为低速离心方法用于微生物限度检查提供依据。方法:以3株细菌、2株真菌对低速离心方法进行回收率验证试验。结果:低速离心3~5min,枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的平均回收率在70%以上;黑曲霉、白色念珠菌平均回收率在70%以下。采用沉降法5min,黑曲霉、白色念珠菌的平均回收率在70%以上。结论:采用低速离心降低供试品溶液抑菌活性成分的方法,可用于细菌计数检查,不宜用于真菌计数检查。
Objective :To provide a method for determining microbial limits by the method of low speed centrifuge. Methods : Validation tests by the method of low speed centrifuge with 3 strains of bacterium and 2 strains of fungus. Results:The average recoveries were more than 70% when the method of low speed centrifuge( time :3 -5 min) was used with Bacillics subtilis,Escherichia coil and Slaphylococcus aureus ,but the average recoveries were less than 70% with Aspergillus niger and candida albicans, while applied with subside method for 5 min, the average recover- ies were more than 70% with those two microbes. Conclusion:Counting bacteria can use low speed centrifuge method which reduces antibiotic parts in tested materials, but counting fungi can not use this method.
