摘要
目的:建立益母草注射液 HPLC 指纹图谱分析方法。方法:应用反相 HPLC 离子对色谱法,采用 Aichrom Bond-AQ-C_(18)(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,以0.1 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(用0.1 mol·L^(-1)磷酸氢二钠溶液调 pH 至5.5)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长242 nm。结果:通过指纹图谱相似度评价软件,对16批益母草注射液的 HPLC 指纹图谱进行了相似度计算,结果均大于0.9。结论:该方法简单可行,可用于益母草注射液的质量评价。
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Yimucao injection. Methods: Reversed - phase ion - pair HPLC method was conducted on an Aichrom Bond - AQ Cls column ( 5 μm, 4. 6 mm × 250 mm) with 0.1 mol · L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate ( adjust the solution with 0. 1 mol · L^-1 disodi- um hydrogen phosphate to pH 5.5 ) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1, detecting at 242 nm. Re- suits:Using special software ,we got the HPLC fingerprint similarity of 16 injection and found the similarity 〉0. 9. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, and it is capable of effectively controlling the quality of Yimucao injection.
