摘要
建立了活塞三维有限元模型,论述了活塞热分析的理论基础,通过理论计算确定某发动机活塞热边界条件,利用有限元分析软件进行温度场数值计算,得到活塞的三维温度场分布情况,为活塞的结构设计和改进提供了重要依据.
The theoretical bases of the thermal analysis of engine piston is stated and a 3 - dimesional finite element model of the piston is build up. The thermal field of the piston model is calculated with the finite element analysis software. The distribution condition of the 3 - dimesional thermal field is determined, which provides some important supports for the structure design and optimization of the piston.
