摘要 高功率密度柴油机是适应军用动力不断强化的要求而发展的,其超常的强化设计对发动机可靠性提出了更高的要求。对高功率密度(HPD)柴油机(升功率PL≈100 kW/L)性能进行了虚拟仿真,并利用仿真结果计算了轴承载荷。通过分析高比压、高转速以及高温等因素对HPD柴油机连杆大头轴承润滑性能的影响规律,提出了设计高升功率柴油机的连杆大头轴承过程中需要解决的关键问题。 High Power Density (HPD) diesel engines are developed for military use, which PL should be up to 100 kW/L. The special design needs higher reliability of the engine. In this paper, the performance of HPD engine was simulated, and the bearing load was calculated by using the simulation result. Through analyzing the influences of high specific pressure, high rotating speed and high temperature on lubrication performance of con-rod big end bearing, the key problem needed to be solved in this bearing design was proposed.
