体感诱发电位(CSEP)在颈髓损伤手术中的监测作用

摘要 目的探究体感诱发电位(CSEP)在颈髓损伤手术中监测的准确性。方法对138例颈髓损伤患者术中 CSEP 变化的不同与术中脊髓损伤操作相结合,判断 CSEP 术中监测的准确性。结果 138例患者,88例未达到 CSEP 监测临界值,术后无脊髓损伤表现;50例患者术中 CSEP 超过临界值,及时提示手术医师并注意相关操作,术后无脊髓损伤。结论 CSEP 可准确地对术中脊髓功能状况进行监测,是较敏感的颈髓损伤手术的监测技术。
