摘要
对实验性脾虚证和对照组大鼠的肾上腺进行常规组织学与细胞化学的对比观察。结果显示:脾虚组肾上腺球状带明显变窄;各带细胞染色浅,胞质呈空泡状;细胞间隙变宽。细胞化学观察显示肾上腺皮质与髓质琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)、3-β-羟甾脱氢酶(3-β-HSDH)、糖原(PAS)均有不同程度的改变,表现明显的有ACP和ATPase。研究结果表明脾虚证不仅表现为消化系统功能低下,肾上腺也有明显的病理改变。
Twenty adult wistar rats were used and divided into two groups,normal control group and 'experimental splenic' deficiency group. The experimental rats had been fed with the decoction of Dahuang for 42 d with ensuing experimental 'splenic deficiency' symptom.The adrenal glands of two groups were observed morphologically and cytochemically.The resulted morphological study of experimental 'splenic deficiency' group indicated that the zona glomernlosa became narrower, the stains in every zones were light, the cytoplasm were vesicular vacuolated, the cell interstitium became wider. The cytochemical study showed that activity of every enzyme in cortex and medulla of adrenal glands changed in various degrees and ACP, ATPase showed definite changes.This research proved that 'splenic deficiency' syndrome resulted in not only that the function of digestive system became lowered, but also that the adrenal gland underwent pathological changes.
