导数光谱法在益智仁挥发油定性鉴别中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 紫外、可见光导数光谱法能提供较多的定性特征,因此大大地增加了紫外、可见指印光谱图在定性鉴别上的应用。特别是当吸收带发生重叠或共存物相互干扰时,导数光谱法就更显示出其优越性。导数光谱法的显著特点是谱带较窄,分辨力较高。本文以一阶、二阶紫外导数光谱对益智仁挥发油作了定性研究,并比较了海南、广州两地产的益智仁挥发油的异同。 UV-VIS derivative spectrophotometry is a means able to offer morequalitative features and therefore the fingerprinting of UV spectrophotometryis increasingly used for the specific identification of organic compounds.Ithas been shown that the application of derivative techniques to spectropho-tometry is very useful especially when there exists signal overlapping orinterferenceA key feature of the derivative spectrum is the cousiderably reducedhandwidth which immediately points to the possibility of improved resolu-tion of overlapping bands with increased sensitivity.In this paper,a simple and direct method is described for distinguishingessential oil of Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae from Hainan and Guangzhouby first and second derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
