摘要
用高效液相色谱法对毛冬青根提取物进行了定性、定量分析。实验结果表明:识别峰的保留时间是8分钟;毛冬青根中五环三萜类的含量为0.069mg/g;提取方法的回收率为65.5%。提示这种方法可用于评价毛冬青根的质量。
Qualitative and quantitative analyses were made for extract of RadixIlicis Pubescentis with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results show that the retention time of identification peak is 8 minutes,the content of pentacyclic terpenoid is 0.069 mg/gram,and the recoveryrate of extraction is 65.5%.It is suggested that HPLC can be used forevaluating the quality of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis.
