摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方毛冬青氯贝酸铝片中芦丁的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,流动相为 0．2 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含10％冰醋酸)-甲醇(63:27),流速1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长为360 nm。结果:芦丁在0．10～ 1．65 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0．999 9)。平均加样回收率为98．3％(n=5,RSD=0．6％)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用作复方毛冬青氯贝酸铝片的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of the rutin in compound hairy holly and aluminium elofibrate tablets. Method： The Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of 0.2 mol·L^-1 potassium dibydrogen phosphate solution （contain of 10% glacial acetic acid） -methanol （63：27 ）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1, the detection wave length was at 360nm. Result： the linear range of rutin was 0.10 - 1.65 μg （ r =0.999 9） , the average recovery was 98.3%, and RSD was 0.6%. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and suitable for quality control of this preparation.
