摘要
采用免疫组织化学（ＡＢＣ）法检测河南食管癌高发区新乡市居民食管鳞癌组织中肿瘤抑制基因Ｍａｓｐｉｎ的表达。结果：食管癌组织中Ｍａｓｐｉｎ免疫阳性表达率为１２％（３／２５），免疫阳性反应主要位于癌组织的细胞浆中，其中２例呈局灶型分布，１例呈弥漫型分布。提示：肿瘤抑制基因Ｍａｓｐｉｎ可能在食管癌变过程中起一定的作用。
The expression of tumor suppressor gene Maspin protein was determined in 25 subjects with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma from a high incidence area of esophageal cancer with the immunohistochemical method (ABC). Results: the positivc immunostaining rate of Maspin protein was 12% (3/25). Immunoreactivity was chiefly located in the cytoplasm. Two cases showed focal immunostaining pattern, and one case showed diffuse pattern. The present results indicated that tumor suppressor gene Maspin played a role in esophageal carcinogenesis, This concept needs to be confirmed by further studies.
