摘要
利用新疆干旱区地理环境、气候特征对工业有害废物填埋处置场的选址、设计特点及安全性预测等问题进行了研究,以某工厂有害废渣填埋处置场为例结合有关固体废物安全填埋研究课题成果,对干旱区与湿润区有害固体废物填埋工作的特点做了分析对比,对填埋处置场(坑)的设计计算及安全性预测等提出了创新的观点和方法.对于在干旱、半干旱区既安全又经济地进行有害废物填埋工作有较高的参考价值.
This paper focuses the site selection, design characteristice, safety estimation and other problems of industrial harmful waste burying by using the geographical conditions and elimatic features in arid areas in Xinjiang.The comparison of the characteristics of harmful solid waste burying between arid and humid areas is carried out,and some new ideas and methods about the burying pit design and safety estimation are brought forth.The method of soil moisture dynamics is generally adopted as a method for safety estimation of harmful waste burying,which can be used for estimating the distribution of temporal burying,which can be used for esnmation the distribution of temporal and spatial concentration. However,the application of this method is limited by the difficult measuremnt of some key parameters. A new method, moisture balance method with an easily operation and a clearly physical sense, is put forward in the completion of'Study on the Burying Technology of Complex Salt Dreg in the Arid Areas in Xinjiang' aiming at the geographical features in arid and semi-arid areas. Its principles are:(1) Under the same suction value, the moisture Content of Soil or waste dreg(fine particle) in dehydration stste is higher than that in moisture-absorbing state in the moisture feature curve.(2) Under the same suction value, the different boundary layers of soil(or waste dreg) are in a balance state(unsaturated). The calculated permeating time from the buried unsaturated pollutant to a certain depth(m) of natural soil under a pit is the safety period of the burying pit of harmful wate. To sum up,it is considered that it has a particular superiority to utilize the unique geograpgical conditions and climatic features in arid and semi-arid areas for burying harmful industrial solid waste.
