In order to strengthen pollution prevention of city solid wastes and promotion a great advance in the circulatory economy,the present situation of pollution prevention of city solid wastes was expounded at home and abroad.The countermeasures against pollution prevention of solid waste in Tianjin were discussed.The ten engineerings of the pollution prevention of solid waste in Tianjin during the period of the tenth five-year plan of Tianjin were introduced in the paper.
