摘要
目的用口腔数字成像系统(ODIS)检验根管长度测量仪在测定前牙根管工作长度时的准确性及实用性。方法临床上60颗需做根管治疗的前牙分别用根管长度测量仪及插诊断丝在ODIS投射下测定长度,并作比较。结果根管长度测量仪测定的结果95%为标准长度。结论根管长度测量仪测定前牙根管长度比较满意,ODIS可对工作长度测定作有效的补充。
Objective To test the accuracy of electronic apex locator in determining working length of anterior teeth using ODIS system. Methods The working lengths of 60 anterior teeth were measured with electronic apex locator and ODIS system respectively. The consistency of two methods was evaluated. Results The standard working length was obtained in 95 % teeth with electronic apex locator. Conclusion The electronic apex locator could be successfully used in determining working length of anterior teeth, and the ODIS system could be the supplementary method of electronic working length measurement.
