摘要
本文通过中菜西译中出现的一些误区探讨了如何对待菜名翻译及其包含的翻译理论,阐明跨文化交流既要放眼世界,又要坚持民族特色。
By showing some mistakes in the translation from the Chinese dishes into English, this paper explores the problem about how to deal with the translation on the names of dishes as well as the translation theory it includes and illustrates that intercultural communications need both the global minds and the national specialty.
