摘要
本文介绍了我国抗蝮蛇毒血清的制造工艺,并举例解释了本制品在国内应用的成绩及与国外同类制品的比较情况.介绍了1996年度试验成功的纯化精制抗蝮蛇毒血清的生产工艺线路及已销往国外的制品与以往同类制品质量的比较.并提示,该纯化工艺的成功,使我国的抗蝮蛇毒血清制品在参与国际竞争及提高国内用品的质量上,都有积极的开拓意义.
The present thesis deals with the Chinese technology to make antivenom of Agkistrodon halys and gives examples to explain the application achievements of the products and the results of its comparison with foreign products of the same kind. It also makes knowm the technical production line of the purified antivenom of Agkistrodon halys , which was first made in the successful experiments in 1996 and the quality comparison between the products exported and sold abroad and those of the same kind from foreign countries, Pointing out that the success of this purification is of a positive exploitation significance for the Chinese products of antivenom of Agkistrodon halys to participate in the international competition and for the improvement of the quality of the products to be sold in China.
