摘要
对内循环流化床稀相区气固分离器中的喷嘴角度及其布置方式进行了优化实验研究。实验是在16种可能组合的不同空间角度的喷嘴及7种布置方式中进行的,其优化目标为床内粒子最小带出率。实验结果证明,最优的喷嘴空间角度为:立面角β=30°,平面角α=20°;喷嘴以对称密布为最佳。
Abstract Tbe aagle of nozzle of a gassolid separator and its arrangement in the dilute phase of the internalcycle fluidized Bed is experimentally optimized. The experiment is made by the combination of 16 kinds of the space angle of nozzle with 7 kinds of arrangement. Its aim is that the ratio of the article dragged out the fluidized bed is minimum. The result of the experi- ment prove that the optimal space angle of nozzle is: the vertical section angle 30 the hori- zontal section angle 20, and that the optimal arrangement of nozde is dense and symmetrical.
