锥型布风板内循环流化床颗粒循环流率特性研究与预测

摘要 锥型布风板内循环流化床气化反应的关键在于采用合理循环流率。针对锥型布风板内循环流化床的控制参数:气化室风速、提升管风速、物料粒径和床层高度对循环流率的影响进行研究。研究表明:循环流率随着气化室风速、提升管风速、床层高度的增大而增大,当达到一定值后,颗粒循环流率的增长趋势逐渐平缓;循环流率随着物料粒径的增大而明显变小。此外还提出了循环流率关于控制参数的经验关联式,在本实验中,该关联式能较好的符合实验测量值。 The key to gasification for internally circulating fluidized bed with cone distributor lies in having reasonable circulating flow rate. It is studied in this article that how the cone distributor affects control parameters, such as gasifi- cation chamber' s air velocity, riser' s air velocity, size of particles and material height on the bed , on the circula- tion flow rates. The results show that for circulating flow rate, it increases with the increasing of gasification chamber' s air velocity, riser' s air velocity and material height on the bed, and as it reaches to a certain value, the growth trend gradually begins to flatten; it lowers significantly as the particle size increases. Additionally, the empirical corre- lation between circulating flow rate and control parameters were also proposed, and the correlation can better agree with the test values in this experiment.
