摘要
通过对在京八所高等院校近五年来引进人才的薪酬状况调查,研究高等院校引进人才的实际薪酬水平,及其与期望值、满意度、离职倾向等的关系,探讨目前高等院校薪酬状况中存在的问题,并给出相应的对策建议。
Based on the survey of the introduced talents' income among 8 universities in Beijing, this paper focuses on the relationship bexveen their actural income and their expetancy, satisfactory degre and the tendercy of quiting job. It also explores the solution to the problem of income in universities.
