摘要
目的了解大学生结核病相关知识的知晓状况,为高校结核病健康教育提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样法,抽取某师范学院一至三年级大学生1366人进行问卷调查。结果被调查大学生结核病相关知识知晓率低,对结核病的病原及危害知晓人数不足40%;学生获得结核病相关知识的主要途径是宣传画报、书刊、杂志(80.01%),来自健康教育和医生宣传的只有21.82%和32.06%。结论大学生结核病相关知识知晓程度与其文化知识水平不相符,在大学生中开展结核病健康教育势在必行。
Objective To understand the knowledge about tuberculosis among college students in order to provide the basis for health education on tuberculosis in colleges. Methods A total of 1 366 students from Grade One to Grade Tree in a normal college were selected with the random cluster sampling method and surveyed for tuberculosis knowledge with a questionnaire. Results The college students under the survey did not know much about tuberculosis. Te ratio of students who knew the source and harmfulness of tuberculosis was under 40%. Students＇ main approaches to get the knowledge were posters, books and magazines （80.01% ）, only 21.82% and 32.06% of them were from the health education and doctors＇ advice. Conclusions College students＇ knowledge about tuberculosis is incoherent with their education levels. It is an urgent task to carry out health education on tuberculosis among college students.
