摘要
目的:了解卫生职业技术学院学生的结核病防治知识掌握程度,为在此类人群中开展结核病健康促进活动提供参考依据。方法:采取随机整群抽样方法,抽取某卫生职业技术学院部分班级进行问卷调查。结果:较多的学生不知道或没听说过结核病,且与调查对象专业、年级、性别及家庭经济状况有关;对结核病基本知识和结核病控制项目的知晓率较低;学生获得结核病防治知识的主要途径是结核病防治机构向社会大众开展的健康促进活动和健康教育课及专业课本。结论:在医学院校学生中,加强结核病防治知识的健康教育势在必行。应针对不同年级的学生开展不同形式的健康促进活动:对于低年级学生,应参照普通高校一样,以学校健康教育课为主;对于高年级学生,可以邀请他们共同参与各项结核病控制项目健康促进活动。
Objective To investigate tuberculosis（TB） knowledge among students in Health College,and to provide basis for future TB prevention in Health Colleges. Methods A total of 718 students were selected with the random cluster sampling method and surveyed for tuberculosis knowledge with a questionnaire. Results A good few of Health College students under the survey did not know tuberculosis, and it related to student specialty, grade, gender, domestic economy; The ratio of students who knew little about TB basic knowledge and control project; The main approaches to get the knowledge the students were TB health promotions carried out by TB prevent and control frameworks, health education courses and specialty textbooks. Conclusions It is an urgent task to carry out health education on tuberculosis among health college students. Multi - formals activities for TB health promotions must be carried out between difference grade students.
