摘要
为了提高热疗治疗肿瘤的效果，通过细胞学实验方法观察加温联合羟基喜树碱对膀胱癌细胞的影响。选用不同温度（４００、４２０、４３５、４５０℃）及不同的药物浓度（１０、２０、４０ｍｇ／Ｌ）进行单独或不同组合的杀伤膀胱癌细胞试验。结果显示：加温及羟基喜树碱均对膀胱癌细胞有杀伤作用，但加温作用更明显，二者联合，即使在较低药物浓度及较低温度作用下，亦可取得较强的协同杀伤效应。
The effects of hyperthermia(40 0℃,42 0℃,43.5℃,45.0℃)and hydroxyl camptothecinum(CPT)(1.0mg/L,2.0mg/L,4.0mg/L)on bladder tumor cells were studied in vitro. Killing effect to the tumor cells was observed with either of them and when used combinedly the effect was much strengthened. When used combinedly,lower temperature and less CPT concentration were needed to effect a killing effect on the bladder tumor cells.
