温度和时间对核仁组成区嗜银蛋白染色结果的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨温度和时间对核仁组成区嗜银蛋白染色结果的影响。方法胃癌标本12例做连续切片并分组,设定染色的温度和时间,观察染色结果并做统计学处理,行组间两样本均数比较的t检验,确定两组之间是否不同。结果温度37℃时间12分钟组,室温(16℃)时间12分钟组,温度37℃时间16分钟组,室温(16℃)时间50分钟组均与温度60℃时间12分钟组不同,P<0.01或P<0.05。结论较低温度下延长时间的染色未必能取得较高温度下的染色效果。
