摘要
采用双电位阶跃法在铂电极上电沉积制备聚酰胺胺-羟基磷灰石复合涂层,研究了细胞色素C在复合涂层修饰的铂电极上的电化学行为.循环伏安测量结果表明,细胞色素C在修饰电极上呈现一对氧化还原电流峰,表现为扩散控制的准可逆的电子转移过程.重点探讨了涂层的厚度对促进细胞色素C电子传递的影响.对电化学交流阻抗谱的测试结果进行了相关的电化学参数的拟合,讨论了该修饰电极促进细胞色素C电子传递可能的机制.
The PAMAM - HA coating modified Pt electrodes were fabricated by electrochemical deposition technique with double potential step. The electrochemical behaviors of cytochrome c were investigated on the PAMAM - HA/Pt electrodes. The CV resuits showed that the electron transfer of cytochrome c on the modified Pt electrodes was a quasi - reversible process controlled by diffusion. The effects of coating thickness on electron transfer of cytochrome c were also discussed. The reaction parameters were analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) and the possible mechanism of the electron transfer of cytochrome c promoted by PAMAM -HA coating was discussed.
