摘要
高铜铅氰化金泥采用硫酸加络合剂联合酸洗去除铜锌等杂质后,在中频熔炼过程中利用还原气氛及金属铅捕集金银的超强能力,来降低渣中金银含量,在电解过程中,利用硫酸铅的低溶度积与银离子分离,消除铅的累积与循环。此工艺流程具有成本低,工序简单并能综合回收铜铅等有价金属等优点。
The gold cyanided mud with high Cu and Pb content is treated by sulfuric acid and complexing agent to remove the copper and zinc, in the process of induced smelting, the reducing atmosphere and basic slag are provided to reduce the gold and silver content in slag. This process can comprehensive recover the valuable metals such as copper and lead.
