摘要
氰化金泥低温焙烧预处理冶炼工艺是在湿法冶金的基础上,采用低温硫酸焙烧预处理工艺,使铜、锌、银等生成可溶于水的硫酸盐,并根据金在氯化环境中电位变低的特性,实现贵贱金属的分离.该工艺不仅能生产出高品质的金、银锭(纯度99.9%以上),而且金、银的综合回收率高达99.95%以上,同时,铜、铅等有价金属也能得到综合回收.该工艺具有投资少、生产成本低、经济效益高等优点.
The refinery of cyanide gold mud with pretreatment by low temperature roast is a technique which employs the pretreatment process of sulphuric acid by low temperature based on the hydrometallurgy; it changes copper, zinc, silver efc into water soluble sulfate and achieves the separation of noble metal and base metal according to the decrease of gold's electric potential under the chlorinated environment. The technique produces not only highgrade gold bullions and silver ones (with the purity over 99.9%), but also produces high rate integrated reclamation of gold and silver (over 99.5%) with the reclamation of the valuable metals such as copper, lead etc. at the meantime. It is a technique with the advantages of less investment, low cost of manufacture and good economic effect.
