Optimized Synthesis of UV-327 by Orthogonal Experiments

摘要 以2-(2′-羟基-3′,5′-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑-N-氧化物(1)为原料,采用催化氢化法高收率地合成了紫外吸收剂UV-327[2-(2′-羟基-3′,5′-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑],其结构经MS和元素分析表征。通过正交试验确定的最佳反应条件为:1100 mmol,Raney Ni 4 g,1,2-乙二硫醇0.1 mL,三正丁胺20 mL,于55℃反应14 h。在最佳反应条件下收率91%。 2- ( 2'-hydroxy-3', 5'-di-tert-butylphenyl ) -5-chlorobenzotriazole ( UV-327 ) in high yield was synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation from 2- ( 2'-hydroxy-3', 5 '-di-tert-butylphenyl ) -5-chloro-benzotriazole-N-oxide (1). The structure was characterized by MS and elemental analysis. The factors influencing the reaction were studied by orthogonal experiments. The optimum reaction conditions at 55 ℃ for 14 h were as follows: 1 was 100 retool; Raney Ni was 4 g; 1,2-ethanedithiol was 0. 1 mL; tri-n-butylamine was 20 mL. The yield was 91% under the optimum conditions.
