摘要
利用水浸超声C扫描无损检测技术,进行了特殊铝合金模锻件材料中间加工件超声检测工艺试验研究。能可靠检测出铝合金模锻件中的材料缺陷。综合分析材料缺陷种类及分布情况,得出分析结果,对批量生产的成功发挥了重要的作用。
By using NDE technique of water immersion ultrasonic C - scan, this article makes an experiment of ultrasonic examination technics on the mid workpieces of special aluminum alloy mold piece material.
The experiment can detect the material defect of the aluminum alloy mold piece. The article analyzes the kinds of the defects and their distributed situation. The analysis result plays important roles in the success of mass production.
