摘要
为满足目前电解铝厂中大吨位强电流生产作业的需要,在确认双梁铝电解多功能机组难以完成出铝起重量大于32t的情况下,介绍了1种运行平稳、受力状态良好的3梁铝电解多功能机组的桥架结构。通过对8轮结构和6轮结构车轮轮压的分析和计算,得出了影响最大轮压的主要因素、优化各参数的方法及机组在使用时的注意事项。
In order to meet the current need for medium- and heavy-duty strong-current production operations in elec- trolytic aluminum plants, a triple-girder bridge structure is introduced herein for use in aluminum electrolytic muhifunctional machine sets, featuring smooth running in a proper stressed state, upon confirmation that it is difficult for a double-girder machine set to lift any aluminum weights heavier than 32 tons. Upon an analysis and calculation of the wheel pressures of both an 8-wheel and a 6-wheel structure, some findings are made, including major factors that affect the maximum wheel pressure, a method for optimizing the various parameters, and precautions to take when using a machine set.
