摘要
应用带血管胎儿甲状腺异体移植术治疗甲状腺功能低下症及甲状旁腺功能低下症共4例,随访半年至1年,2例显效,1例有效,1例失败。并从供体、移植方法、免疫抑制等方面讨论自己的体会。
4 cases of fetal thyroid transplantation with attached blood vessels performed in patients with hypothyroidism or hypoparathyroidism were reported.Half to one year follow-up shows that two cases were excellent, one case was unsuccessful and other one was effective but developed rejection one month after operation,The type of donor,method of transplantation and immunosuppression were discussed.
