摘要
针对复杂车身连接关系和多装配顺序,改进后的装配模型不仅描述了零件间的装配优先关系,而且还包含了可以用于公差分析的装配连接特征信息.在此基础上,根据迂回遗传算法对零件间的装配操作进行优化,以提高优化效率及求解范围.最后,通过某车身侧围装配案例说明了该算法的有效性.
For automobile body with multi-connections among components and multi-sequences, an improved assembly modeling method is presented, which describes precedence relations among components and joints information used in tolerance analysis. Furthermore, based on the automobile body assembly model, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to determine optimal assembly operations on components. The search efficiency can be improved and the possibility of search for the globally optimal solutions is increased. An automobile body side assembly is taken as an example to validate the advantages of the algorithm.
